DENTAL CLEANING DEVICE WITH OZONE WATER GENERAL TECHNICAL FIELD AND PRIOR ART The present invention relates to the field of equipment for dental cleaning, in particular, for a particular use. In known manner, for performing a dental cleaning, the teeth are brushed by means of a toothbrush on which toothpaste is deposited. After brushing and rinsing, a floss can also be used to clean the gap between two consecutive teeth. During cleaning, rinsing of the teeth is generally poorly performed and food aggregates remain in contact with the teeth, which has a first disadvantage. The same is true when passing the dental floss for which rinsing is generally omitted. In addition, the passage of the dental floss can cause cuts of the gums that are not disinfected, which has a disadvantage. Incidentally, there is known in the prior art, by the patent application US20100124729, a dental cleaning device which comprises a toothbrush which is connected to a water inlet. In practice, many people are indisposed by the toothpaste, both in its consistency and appearance, and reduce their frequency of brushing. Similarly, toothpaste is not suitable for young children who are likely to ingest, which poses a risk to their health. Also, there is a need to allow teeth cleaning that is better accepted by both children and adults. The invention therefore aims to overcome these disadvantages by providing a new dental cleaning device for cleaning effectively and conveniently a person's teeth. GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION To this end, the invention relates to a dental cleaning device for a particular use, the device comprising: a main base comprising at least one drinking water inlet and a water outlet, and - a cleaning member adapted to be manually grasped by a user and fluidly connected to said main base, said cleaning member having a plurality of water ejection ports to allow rinsing of the teeth. The device is notable in that the main base has means for injecting ozone so as to provide ozonated water to disinfect the teeth during rinsing. Thanks to the invention, the use of dentifrice can be advantageously avoided since the ozonated water disinfects the teeth and can be safely ingested by users, in particular, young children. In addition, such a cleaning device makes it possible to provide a disinfectant rinse both during brushing and during the passage of the dental floss, which provides optimum protection. Preferably, the water ejection orifices are directed towards a portion of the cleaning member so as to allow indirect rinsing and avoid loosening of the teeth and / or a gingival recession. Preferably, the ozone injection means are configured to generate ozone by electrolysis of the drinking water. Thus, the main base allows to inject ozone independently, without external source. More preferably, the main base includes heating means for providing heated ozonated water for disinfecting the teeth during rinsing. Preferably, the heating means are configured to provide water heated between 50 ° and 55 °. Such a temperature makes it possible to facilitate the dissolution of sticky residues, for example sweets, and to prevent staining of the teeth by coffee, black tea or other foods. Finally, heated water helps to stimulate the blood circulation of the gums, which gives it an increased resistance against inflammations. According to a preferred aspect of the invention, the main base is mounted in a housing adapted to be attached to a vertical wall. Thus, a user can simply install the dental cleaning device in his bathroom, which is advantageous. According to a preferred aspect of the invention, the cleaning member comprises a main body on which is mounted a removably cleaning head, said cleaning head having a plurality of water ejection ports to allow rinsing teeth of a user. Thus, the cleaning member may have cleaning heads of different functions to allow optimal cleaning without using multiple independent devices. The invention also relates to an assembly of a dental cleaning device and a plurality of cleaning heads, in particular a brush-type cleaning head and a dental floss cleaning head. In one aspect, the cleaning head is of the brush type and comprises a rigid member comprising a plurality of bristles, the ejection orifices being disposed at the periphery of said rigid member. Preferably, the ejection orifices are oriented so as to moisten the upper part of the central hairs, preferably only the upper quarter of the central hairs. Owing to their arrangement, the peripheral hairs do not advantageously disturb the ejection of ozonated water towards the upper part of the central hairs, which is advantageous. Thus, hot ozonated water can act on the teeth and gums during brushing. Any direct ejection of ozonated water on the teeth is thus avoided. Preferably, the rigid member extending longitudinally, the bristles are longer in the center of the rigid portion than at its ends in a cross-sectional plane. Thus, the ozonated water jets can advantageously be inclined to rinse the teeth at their brushing zone. The bristles located on the periphery do not disturb the jets advantageously. In another aspect, the cleaning head is of the dental floss type and comprises a rigid member comprising two spaced apart portions between which is mounted a dental floss tautly. Such a cleaning head makes it possible to clean the spaces between the teeth while allowing rinsing during the passage of the dental floss. Preferably, each spaced portion has at least one ejection orifice. Thus, the rinsing is performed laterally to quickly evacuate any aggregate moved during the passage of the dental floss. More preferably, each ejection orifice is oriented towards said dental floss, the rinsing is then optimal. Each aggregate moved by the dental floss is then directly evacuated. Preferably, the cleaning head of the dental floss type comprises an abutment member parallel to said dental floss. The abutment member is mounted behind said dental floss to contact the teeth and prevent the dental floss from contacting the gums. Preferably, the abutment member is made of rubber to allow cushioned contact with the teeth, thus improving the comfort of use. PRESENTATION OF THE FIGURES The invention will be better understood on reading the description which will follow, given solely by way of example, and referring to the appended drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of an embodiment a cleaning device according to one embodiment of the invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic representation of a cleaning member with a brush-type cleaning head; FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a cleaning head of the brush type; Figure 4 is a top view of a brush-type cleaning head; and - Figure 5 is a schematic representation of a cleaning member with a floss type cleaning head. It should be noted that the figures disclose the invention in detail to implement the invention, said figures can of course be used to better define the invention where appropriate. DESCRIPTION OF ONE OR MORE MODES OF REALIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION With reference to FIG. 1, there is shown a dental cleaning device 1 according to one embodiment of the invention. The dental cleaning device 1 comprises a main base 2 which is mechanically and fluidically connected to a cleaning member 3 via a main pipe 4 which is flexible so as to allow easy handling of the cleaning member 3 while the main base 2 remains fixed. As will be shown later, the cleaning member 3 includes a cleaning head for ejecting water to improve rinsing. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the main base 2 comprises an inlet 21 adapted to be connected to a drinking water network, for example a tap of a bathroom, and an outlet 22 adapted to be connected to the main pipe. 4 to supply the cleaning member 3 with water as will be presented later. Preferably, to allow circulation under pressure in the main pipe 4, the main base 2 further comprises a feed pump (not shown) which is adapted to provide a flow of water exiting under pressure via the outlet 22. As illustrated in Figure 1, the main base 2 comprises an electrical connection 23 adapted to supply power to said feed pump. According to the invention, the main base 2 further comprises ozone injection means 25 so as to add ozone to the drinking water arriving from the inlet 21 so that the water flowing in the main pipe 4 be ozonated. Preferably, the ozone injection means 25 are configured to generate ozone by electrolysis of the incoming water. For this purpose, the ozone injection means 25 are housed in the main base 2 and connected to the inlet of the water network 21 so as to generate ozone so as to be injected into the flow of water. However, it goes without saying that the ozone injection means 25 could also inject into the stream of water leaving the ozone stored in an ozone reservoir of the main base 2. In addition, in this example, the main base 2 comprises means for heating water 26 so as to improve the action of ozone, in particular between 50 ° C and 55 ° C. Such heated water can improve the dissolution of residues during brushing, fight the staining of teeth and strengthen the gums against the risk of inflammation. Preferably, the heating means 26 is in the form of a heating resistor It is obvious that other heating means could be suitable. The heating means 26 are adapted to heat the flow of incoming water coming from the inlet 21. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the flow of water leaving the outlet 22 of the main base 2 is formed of a mixture heated water and ozone. Thus, the outgoing water flow is perfectly suitable for rinsing and disinfecting teeth. Preferably, with reference to FIG. 1, the main base 2 further comprises filtration means 24 adapted to filter the water coming from the inlet 21. In this example, the filtration means 24 comprise a carbon filter. . The filtration means 24 are preferably located opposite the inlet 21 so as to carry out a preliminary filtering for heating and a preliminary filtering for the generation of ozone. According to one aspect of the invention, the main base 2 further comprises a switch (not shown) to enable activation of the heating means 26, the feed pump and the ozone injection means 25. In this embodiment, the main base 2 is in the form of a single housing that can be mounted to a vertical wall, in particular near a sink to allow connection to the drinking water system. . Preferably, the housing comprises a support for the cleaning member 3. Referring to Figure 2, the cleaning member 3 comprises a main body 30 extending longitudinally. The main body 30 comprises a lower connector 31 and an upper connector 32 which are connected by an internal pipe 33 formed in said main body 30. The cleaning member 3 further comprises a cleaning head 5 which is preferably mounted removable on the main body 30 as will be presented later. The main pipe 4 of the dental cleaning device 1 is adapted to connect to the lower connector 31 of the cleaning member 3, in particular, removably. For this purpose, a connection by interlocking or screwing is particularly suitable. Similarly, the cleaning head 5 is adapted to connect to the upper connector 32 of the main body 30, in particular, removably. For this purpose, a connection by interlocking or screwing is particularly suitable. The main body 30 is adapted to be grasped by hand by a user. Also, it has a length of between 13 cm and 18 cm. The main body 30 extends in a curved manner to allow ergonomic grip. Its section is circular and, preferably, variable along its length. For example, the main body 30 has a central section with a diameter of between 1.5 cm and 2 cm and ends of smaller section. Preferably, the main body 30 has an end section near the first connector 31 of diameter of between 1 cm and 1.5 cm and an end section near the second connector 32 of diameter between 1.2 cm and 1.7 cm. In this example, the main body 30 further includes a fingerprint 34, located near the upper connector 32, to receive an inch of the user. Such imprint 34 also improves ergonomics during handling by a user. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the cleaning head 5 is in this embodiment a brush which comprises a rigid member 50 whose lower part is connected to the upper connector 32 of the main body 30 and whose upper part, substantially flat, comprises bristles 51 parallel to each other. The upper part of the rigid member 50 extends longitudinally and further comprises ejection orifices 52 adapted to eject the ozonated water in the direction of the bristles 51 to act during the brushing of the teeth. The ejection orifices 52 are fluidly connected to the lower part of the cleaning head 5 by unrepresented internal channels. Preferably, with reference to FIG. 4, the ejection orifices 52 are arranged at the periphery of the upper part of the rigid member 50, in other words, around the bristles 51 of the cleaning head 5. No orifice ejection 52 is disposed between the bristles 51. Referring to Figure 3, the bristles 51 of the cleaning head 5 do not all have the same length, the bristles 51 being longer in the center of the cleaning head 5 and shorter at the periphery to facilitate sweeping of the maxillary (lower) teeth by semi-circular movement downward (up). The ejection ports 52 are inclined to reach the upper quarter of the bristles 51 located in the center of the cleaning head 5 so that the ozone acts optimally during cleaning while avoiding disturbance by the other hairs. Preferably, the bristles 51 define a curved profile as illustrated in FIG. The jets of ozonated water thus advantageously do not come into direct contact with the teeth, which could damage the gums and cause tooth loosening and / or gingival recession. Thanks to the invention, the hot ozonated water is emitted on the bristles 51 which sweep the residues and treat the gum which is cleaned, disinfected and reinforced during the brushing. Advantageously, the cleaning member 3 can accommodate different cleaning heads to allow different types of cleaning. With reference to FIG. 5, the cleaning head 5 'is of the dental floss type and comprises a rigid member 50' whose lower part is connected to the upper connector 32 of the main body 30 and whose upper part comprises two spaced portions 50a ' , 50b 'between which is mounted a dental floss 54' in a taut manner. The dental floss 54 'is preferably made of silk. Preferably, each portion 50a ', 50b' of the rigid member 50 'has an ejection orifice 52' adapted to eject the ozonated water to act during the passage of the dental floss 54 'between the teeth. The ejection ports 52 'are fluidly connected to the lower part of the cleaning head 5' by internal channels 53 '. Advantageously, each ejection orifice 52 'makes it possible to emit a flow of ozonated water towards the center of the dental floss in order to act directly on the gingiva and to prevent detachment of the gingiva as well as a gingival recession. Preferably, the cleaning head 5 'comprises an abutment member 55', preferably rubber, to limit the insertion of the dental floss 54 'between the teeth and thus limit the risk of gum injury. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the abutment member 55 'extends parallel to the dental floss 54' so as to come into contact with the tops of the teeth when the dental floss 54 'is located between two adjacent teeth. Preferably, the distance between the dental floss 54 'and the abutment member 55' is between 7 mm and 10 mm. The dental floss 54 'is positioned on the concave side of the curved main body 30 to facilitate insertion of said floss 51 between the teeth. Preferably, the cleaning heads 5, 5 'are disposable and can be replaced when worn. The cleaning head 5 'dental floss type is concave. Preferably, the concavity of the main body 30 and the concavity of the cleaning head 5 'are continuous so as to form a uniformly continuous dental cleaning device 1. Examples of use Preferably, the dental cleaning device 1 is installed in a bathroom. By way of example, the housing in which the main base 2 is stored is fixed to a vertical wall and the cleaning member 3 is mounted in a support fixed to the wall at an ergonomic height, in particular between 1 and 1, 5m. The wall base 2 is connected to the water circuit and the electrical network. In a preferred manner, for reasons of hygiene, each user has his own cleaning heads (a brush-type cleaning head 5 and a dental floss-type cleaning head 5 ') which can be removably mounted on the main body 30 of the cleaning member 3. In this example of implementation, the user grasps the brush-type cleaning head 5 and connects it mechanically and fluidly to the main body 30 of the cleaning member 3, in particular by interlocking. Before starting the brushing, the user presses the switch to activate the main base 2 and its various components. Following activation of the feed pump, a flow of water then passes through the carbon filter. The filtered water is then heated by the heating means 26 to a temperature of the order of 50 ° -55 ° and is then mixed with ozone generated by electrolysis by the ozone injection means 25 in the base 2. In other words, after activation of the cleaning device 1, heated ozonated water is ejected through the ejection ports 52 of the brush-type cleaning head 5, the heated ozonated water being conveyed from the main base 2 to the brush-type cleaning head 5 through the main pipe 4 and the body 30 of the cleaning member 3. The cleaning member 3 is easy to handle because of the ergonomic shape of the main body 30 and the presence of a fingerprint 34 for the positioning of the thumb of the user. The brushing of the teeth by the user is particularly effective since the flow of water is ejected directly on the brushing areas and makes it possible to quickly remove the aggregates without these being deposited on other teeth. In addition, the heated water allows to dissolve the sugar residues and increases the blood circulation of the gums to increase their resistance to inflammation. The presence of ozone in the water stream is particularly advantageous because it avoids the use of toothpaste which is not tolerated by all users. In addition, unlike toothpaste, which presents a risk to children if swallowed, ozonated water poses no risk. On the contrary, the ozonated water allows an optimal disinfection of the teeth and the oral cavity and makes it possible to fight against caries effectively. The shape of the bristles 51 of the brush-type cleaning head 5 facilitates the ejection of ozonated heated water from the periphery of the cleaning head 5 towards its center, the bristles 51 thus not forming an obstacle liable to brake the jets of water from the discharge orifices 52. The rinsing of the teeth is thus carried out under the best conditions. Advantageously, since the cleaning head 5 is removable, it can be easily replaced in case of wear. Such a replacement has no impact on the other parts of the cleaning device 1, which is economical. Once the teeth brushed and rinsed by the user, it inactivates the main base 2 by pressing the switch. In this example of implementation, the user wishes to complete his cleaning with a dental floss. For this purpose, the user replaces the cleaning head 5 of the brush type with a dental floss type cleaning head 5 '. In a manner similar to that previously, the user grasps the cleaning head of the dental floss type 5 'and connects it mechanically and fluidically to the main body 30 of the cleaning member 3, preferably by interlocking. The dental floss 54 'is positioned between two adjacent teeth to remove any unwanted aggregate. During cleaning, the dental floss 54 'is substantially orthogonal to the axis along which the teeth extend. The orientation of the water jets from the discharge orifices 52 'is particularly suitable for cleaning the dental floss 54' during cleaning in order to avoid the movement of the aggregates from one tooth to another. The use of ozonated water also makes it possible to protect and disinfect the space between the teeth, which has a significant advantage over the prior art. Moreover, the presence of the abutment member prevents contact of the dental floss 54 'with the gums while ensuring comfort of use. Thanks to the invention, a user can by means of a single cleaning device 1 perform a thorough and effective cleaning of his teeth. The use of heated ozonated water is particularly advantageous since it makes it possible to do without toothpaste and can also be used when cleaning the teeth with a dental floss.
